OK I am so dad'gum frustrated, WTFFFFFFFFFF! Ok I have had the worse stall ever...come on 4-8.5 pounds get off me! First off I am 5'4 I am built thick! I have the biggest bubble butt I have ever seen on a white girl! My goal was 150-155 I had a 159, 158, 159, 159(1 cup smooth move and 6 apple day) 159(grrr), 158 (yeah) this am 158.4 are effin kidding me? I did an apple day with smooth move= and it had no effect on the loss. Then one day I did smooth, green tea and it helped...an apple day or smooth move will have no effect on me now I don't think because seriously I have the meals from yesterday in me that is it!

BACK GROUND=I have been on P2 since 4/25 (my loading days were 23 and 24) I started at 183 which was down from 203 (which was up from 155!!!! due to moving quitting a job and treadmill dying on me gah!!! which was down from 213 from having awesome boy number 3) I managed to lose 20 on my own and refused to start hcg til I did!!) anywho 150 looks decent on me I am in my 8-10s now and am happy with that. I am very hour glass shaped! I don't mind it but still have a few inches in my waist line I wanna lose!

Questions= I know that is over 40 days and immunity may be my issue however I did have a 5 day straight break with out because after my initial 23 days I decided to go on to reach my goal, Is this my problem? Will I still loose inches in Phase 3...I am thinking of just moving on to phase 3. After Phase 3 and phase 4 I can, take off the last 4-9 pounds! I drink tons of water, maybe more green tea...but I thought green tea was a good thing for this diet! After being on P2 for so long I really think I am going to

Looks like you're down 26 pounds this round? That's really good! The stalls can get frustrating but they happen to all of us. I've had TEN DAY stalls in two of my rounds and week long ones in the other two. I don't think immunity is your issue because you didn't mention any hunger. That's the sign that immunity has set in. You will lose inches in P3, at least most do. You can do a second round to get off the other 9 pounds though.

I am not hungry, I mean I get hungry before lunch and before dinner but nothing really the 500 cals and a little bit of will power don't fix lol! I am not starvin by no means! I am however just frustrated! I wanted to do my round 3 and be well into p4 when my husband came home for r and r so I wouldn't be all stressing....can do that and then start another round? Maybe the begin of Sept? OR can I go to P4 add my carbs in and then just diet and lose on my own? I am now lost...I hate making a plan it is just something to let ya down lol!

It's really hard to lose weight on your own without the hcg. People have tried and it hasn't worked well for the most part. Plus I personally wouldn't do it because I'd be afraid it would mess up my hypothalamus again. And besides, this is so EASY and dieting is harder. So I'd just end your round whenever you planned then stabilize and do another round later.

I am stopping my injections (yesterday was my last injection)
    My LIW=158 ugh but :-)
today will be first day with no injection still on vlcd...wish me luck So Friday @ 9am I will go into P3
I am by no means trying to get rail thin. I am not naurally hourglass shaped if I lose a couple inches in P3 then I may just stay where I am at! Who knows, maybe I will stabilize at 156 lol!( really not expecting that!) I am just ready to move on! Wish me luck!

Good luck! You may drop a couple of pounds over the next few days as the stall ends. :-)

The weight we try to maintain is no more than
2 lbs over your last injection weight (LIW)
if I understand Dr. S's manuscript correctly.

    Good luck.
