I have read pounds and inches (several times) and a lot of the forums. I am still confused about P1,P2, and P3. Actually I am confused about a lot of things. Perhaps its just there is so much information a float. Can some one give me the down and dirty! How long do you load and, specifically, what day do you start the drops when your loading (and I'm assuming that loading means=to gorge ones self on sugars and fats). And, if its not too much trouble, a break down of all the P's. I've been researching this for a while now and just haven't taken the step to purchase simply due to not completely understanding what my role should be in this journey. After 20 years of roller coaster dieting (and I mean do every diet you can think of from the 80's to today), and from everything that I have read this is the miracle one and I don't want to start out on the wrong foot. Hi Sandlewood! When you load you do it the first two days on your drops then you start your VLCD (very low calorie diet 500 calories) You should eat as much good fats as you can-nuts, almonds, dairy-so that you wont be hungry when you start the VLCD
P2 is phase 2-when you are on the HCG diet P3 is Phase 3-no sugars no starches-when you have stopped taking HCG P4 is Phase 4-when you start introducing sugars and starches.
