i havent been doing much exercise during p2 (on day 11). if i wait til p3 to really start, how will that effect me? how do i adjust my food? just like i would normally? im about 9 lbs to goal, and hoping to only have to finish this round, go to p3, then to p4 before my trip to hawaii in july! (can it be done) im nervous about the next phase! i would hate to blow it. i just need to exercise and really tone up! any advice would help! thanks!!!
p.s. i was an "exercise junkie" for a few months, just a month or so ago..... so this wouldnt be new to me!
i was exercising before starting the diet and that is key. i exercised quite a bit on an eliptical trainer, ran bleachers, took yoga & a boot camp class and that did not effect my 25.3 lb weight loss results at all. as a matter of fact on the days that i didnt have any cardio at all i found that that days weight loss was only .2-.5 lbs I belive that if you add exercise in lightly it should not effect your results if you were working out prior to the diet. i was doing cardio (30-45min) and then a strength training video (jillian micheals). i ran out of motivation a few weeks ago and havnt been able to get back at it... so if i start a little now, i should be ok going into phase 3? i could just continue and slowly increase?
