    I was at a large social function last night (centered entirely around food & drinking), and cheated big time!!! So disappointed that I didn't have more control. I am in P2, and was wondering how to handle this??? Do I do an apple day tomorrow or just continue on protocol & drink plenty of water.

    Any advice would be much appreciated!

    Well guys, I am on R2P2 right now. I also cheated. The key is really not to beat yourself up. "OH MY GOD! I cheated...I'm weak....so I may just give up!" When you learn how to ride a bicycle, and you fell off, what did you do? You got right back on. That is what you really need to do with this. You fall down, get up dust yourself off and push forward. A bite of chicken skin will not throw out all the gains (or losses as it were :smile: ). Sure you may pop up on the scale, you may be a little more hungrier than usual, but that will all go away in a day or so. Look, we are supposed to be fixing ourselves here. Negative self talk will definitely cause you to crash and burn. Cheat one day, shrug it off and get back on the program. Even skip weighing your self for a couple of days if you need that visual re-enforcement.
