Jilly- LOL!!! I was trying to think of nice way to start a thread on this topic because I am having the same experience. OYE! I stopped eating them after 1 box. I just can't handle the bloating/gassiness! :P
But I am very sad because they are good and they fit into my fast-paced lifestyle very well! :(
stessie- are you talking about the protein bars, or the "endulge" bars? the endulge ones are more like candy bars, and you need to be careful with them- LOTS of fat, and only a little protein- meant to be more of a treat. but most people do ok with the atkin's protein bars (but they're not as good!)
stressie-- I think I'm going to join you in a gorge on July 4. I was going to take the summer off, but figured if I start in July, I can do 31 days and be in P3 for my vacation in Aug. i miss seeing the scale going down. My P3 has been very fluctuating, but its just been a week. I hope I do as well in r 2 as I did in R1--I lost 20 # in 31 days --and that gets me within 15 # of my goal weight. Eating isn't as much fun as losing weight.
Funny.... I was just thinking that Michelle!! This forum is so great to see that others are on the same page..... I'm really wanting to go back on P2 and a little bummed that I have to wait till after my hike to start losing again.... but then I remember how great it'll be to do a hike this summer! =:)
