    Thanks Grammy for your genuine concern for me and my situation. I am really upping the food caloric intake today and doing much better with my stools as well. I think yesterday's greek yogurt and all the extra probiotics and enzymes are helping. I just finished lunch and am already at 1200 calories with a GREAT dinner planned! :) Anyways, I do want my calories to be high since I don't want my body to stabilize at a low amount. I have spent my entire adult life resstricting calories and when this is all done I want to be able to eat like a "normal" human being, making wise choices and not gaining weight every day even though I hardly eat a thing! Thanks again for everyone and their input. It does still continue to be a matter of personal choice I guess as to how you interpret this diet in the P3/P4 stages. So, hoping that tomorrow the scale shows my increased calorie without going up TOO high! I made some almond flour cookies and ate 2 at 120 calories each! Yikes.

    I ate 2000 calories (including 2 almond flour cookies, a strawberry cheescake shake, 3 oz wine, and other yummy treats) yesterday and was up to 209.4 from 206.8. So, I'm actually happy to be back in the proper 4 pound around LIW range. So today, I will drop off those extra "treats" and hope that just my normal eating keeps my weight steady there and that I don't have another 2-3 pound jump tomorrow!
