    I don't have any stores around me that carry such a product. I found this site: http://www.asianfoodgrocer.com/category/shirataki-noodles, but I'm completely confused about what would be appropriate to eat and what isn't?

    Any advice is appreciated as always! :)

    Funny you should ask when I opened up your question an ad was at the bottom of the page for www.MiracleNoodle.com

    haven't tried them but hope that helps.

    I don't know about cheapest but I always buy mine at www.miraclenoodles.com I know what I'm getting and have never had a problem with stalls etc.

    call them up directly. You can fit 30 bags into one flat rate box. I think it's $13 shipping and a bulk price for the noodles. Best deal is there doing it that way.

    Hi there, I'm a newbie, last week of P2 and soooo looking forward to P3! So, what are these miracle noodles? I take it they are ok on P3? Any good recipes for these?

    No! Not any brand at all! It must be made fromt he root, be all fiber and have zero calories. Absolutely NO flour of any type.
