I have finished p3 and have stabilized perfectly, I only have 10 pounds to loose and have read lots of forums here on going back to p2 especially if I didn't do the whole 40 days of p2 in the first place. I loaded yesterday still watching carbs and focusing on more fat. I gained a lb already.Today is my 2nd load day and back to LCD any advise out there for me. I know it says wait 6 weeks but I have a long trip planned for 2 months and just needed a few more pounds . I hope it works anyone else have success with this. I am so anxious to hear positive feedback.>>>Dawn
Hi Dawn- I see that no one had a chance to respond yet. Just wanted to let you know that I decided to also skip P4 and go back into a 2nd round. Just make sure you do complete P4 this next time around. I plan on moving into P4 after my last round.
If you haven't done a full round you are really risking not stabilizing. I am a completely rogue cycler...ask anyone and even I don't recommend doing what you are doing.
On top of this you NEVER add carbs and/or sugars to your load when you are cycling, which is what you are doing.
how long was your first round? if only 23 days, then you can technically do an interruption and finish your original round. but i'd add a few days and do a 23-day round, especially since this is your final round. for an interruption you really don't even have to load- just eat normally until your 3rd shot. when you reach your goal weight, increase your calories (P3-type foods) until you're not losing, and still finish the 23 shots.
Well Tonione, I decided to do it even though some say don't. I didn't eat carbs during my load only croutons in a salad. And no sugar at all. I on on day 2of lcd and i have already lost 4 lbs I only gained a lb from loading.I only have 6 -8 more lbs to loose and then I will back off the drops and do the protocol from there. During stabilization I never gained anything I fluctuated 1 pound here and there but I didn't crave anything except peanut butter. Ha! I love this diet. I guess I am somewhat of a rule breaker but I had this Jeans in my closet that were calling my name...they were just about 5 lbs away from me wearing them. I don't want to be a stick figure I will be very happy at 130! Thanks ya all for listening. You guys are great and so is this site.
