Seems like many people eat almonds on P3. I just introduced them today and golly they are AWESOME! But, they go down very quickly and easily. How many do most people have in a day? I had about 3 oz today in total. Hopefully the scale doesn't jump too badly in the morning from them because it would be an AWESOME snack for P3!
I probably wouldn't eat that many the first time out on P3 but you can see how your weigh in is this morning. If you have no gain, then you're okay to eat what you want of them. At least I do.
My weight was up .8 pounds this morning. However I'm also got my TOM. I am not going to eat that many today. Plus, I'm not going to add anything new either to give it a good 2 day trial run!
I too was wondering the same thing, my first round of P3 I did great, ate a ton of them and I never had to do a steak day. This time around, I am on day 5 of P3 and have made the cinnamon almonds twice now and eat them like crazy, I am also on day 4 of TOM, which sucks to start out P3 with, anyway my LIW was 144.4 and I am only at 145 so as of yet they are not effecting me what so ever. But just keep track of your weight.
Yeah, the cinnamon ones are the BEST! I just made oopsie rolls to make into cheesy garlic bread tonight along with our noodle-less lassagna. Those oopsie things aren't too bad. A little weird on the texture, but don't taste too bad!
