    I have been doing the HCG Diet since Sat 6/12 and have only lost the 2lbs gained over 2 loading days. Have followed the guide that came w/ the homeopathic drops. But i AM STILL AT MY STARTING WEIGHT OF 215. I am not hungry, have not experienced any unusual headaches or tiredness. Has anyone else experienced a slow start? Does anyone know if prescription medicines interfere with success? Does age play a factor ( I am 56) ?

    I'm 58 so it's not age. So did you load on Saturday and Sunday and have been on the actual diet since Monday?

    Thank you for responding, yes I started the 500 calorie diet on Monday. Following to the "T". Taking 10 drops 3x a day 30 min before meals and with no liquids for the 15 min after taking drops.

    I'm not full of wisdom, but I have read that you need to whack your bottle of hhcg on the bottom about 10 x's to, for a lack of better words, activate it, sometimes. Just thought I'd throw that out there for you.

    Hey Pathat. . .. I am new to this too. I started on sunday with the VLCD. I've lost 5-1/2 lbs as of this morning. I too am taking the drops. There is so much info out there and different ways to do everything! I've been completely eating exactly on program, even went to the Fair yesterday and did not get even remotely side-tracked by the chocolate-covered bacon! ha! One thing I notice is that as of yesterday I was still feeling week. Usually I exercise by walking my neighborhood or doing the eliptical or doing dumbbells. . . but I have zippo energy for that. I am hoping for things to change soon. . . . I started out taking 6 drops 6 times a day, but that got a little crazy, trying to remember, so I went up to 15 drops 3x a day. I was starving on that regimen, but I don't know if it was cuz it was day 3 of the VLCD, or what. So today, I'm goign to try 7 drops 6 times a day - 6, 9,12,3,6 and then 9pm. I guess the hhcg works differently on different bodies?? I am wondering if it's best to fiddle with the dosage a bit, but not really sure.

    Ok, i will whack the 2 oz PCHF BOTTLE, Can not seem to edit/copy/paste the P2 phase diet ELECTRONIC page from Cherry Bomb FITNESS. But it is the same as what I have seen on other sites. 100 g lean meat 2x aday 2 fruits, 2 melba toast, 2 measured veggies w/ lunch/dinner. USE STEVIA, 2 LITERS :COFFEE, GREEN TEA, APPLE CIDER WATER ETC.

    Kim -- it's ok to play with your dose, especially on HHCG. I got to where I was doing 10 drops 6 times a day.

    Pathat -- keep going! You haven't been on the drops long enough yet to determine they aren't working. If you are not hungry I would think they are working and your body is just slow to respond.

    Kimkimkim, i have at least 65lbs to lose, but would be happy with anything between 25 and 30 lbs. You may be right on the body type insight, so I pray someone could tell me what details must be taken into account and the adjustments that need to be made. I am at 30 drops a day, and am afraid of building up a tolerance for future rounds.
