I haven't been on here forever. I just wanted to stop by and say hello. My life got very busy then my dad had a heart attack so it got busy on steroids LOL

I wanted to share that when my dad had his heart attack I was in P4 and stable. Because of being at the hospital then staying with him and running like a crazy person I didn't watch what I ate at all and slipped back into the sugars and processed foods that I had sworn off of.

I didn't weigh myself for 2 weeks, I just knew it was going to be very bad news so I kept avoiding it. When I finally got up the nerve to weigh I was at the exact place I was the day my dad had his heart attack.

    This protocol works people.

I waited the allotted time between rounds (10 weeks) plus a few days then started R4. As of day 16vlcd I have lost 16lbs. This is the best round so far. I'm always amazed when it works LOL

Anyway, I just wanted to check in and say hey!

Hi Jenni! My dad is doing good. Better than he was before the heart attack because they cleared his blockages.

I was so amazed that my weight was the same. I ate sweets everytime they were available and all the white bread and stuff. So cool.

How are you doing? Where are you at in your hcg journey?

oh good! I'm glad they were able to help him...is he listening to the doctors?????? :)

It's just such an encouragement to read your post...I'll bet you were amazed girl...I would be too.

I'm cycling, big time. I'm down 63 lbs and trying to decide if I'm going to end the cycling phase and take a break. I'm tired of worrying about the food and to be honest it would be nice to have a piece of bread or some spaghetti hehe.

I'm doing 2 weeks of P2 then 1 week of P3 then back again. I've been doing it since January, but took february off when I gained 10 lbs after my mom died. But I'm working my way back down :)

Gosh it is sooooooo good to "see" you here again!

Thank you Colleen. I'm sorry for not at least popping in and saying what was going on. I started to a couple of times but have just been on the run most of the time.

Jenni - My dad is listening and even quit smoking.

It was really nice to have the full 10 weeks off and to end up seeing that I was so stable that I really can eat what I want to eat. I ate what everyone else ate and it was wonderful. I was dreading starting another round until just a few days before. I suddenly started feeling fat again. Well I am fat but I didn't feel it. That feeling it motivated me. It happens the same way every time.

It's good to see you guys too.

It really is nice to eat normally and be totally stable, to enjoy life and know that you can get back to the losing. I love this protocol. I feel healthy doing it with the breaks in between.

Wow Colleen 20 weeks - that should set you up to do well in your final round. I'm thinking I will need to do 2 more rounds.

caidan - so awesome! I think I went through all the major holidays last winter on P2 or barely on P3. I really enjoyed my time off even though it was crazy. My life is always crazy though. How is your family doing?
