If you aren't losing very much, does upping the number of hhcg drops help, or is that just to not have hunger?

And another question - how long do you all keep it under your tongue? Seems I'm reading some are saying 20 min? How on earth do you do that?

The point of the hcg/hhcg is to help with hunger. so the amount of drops doesn't effect that. and if your dose is too high, it can cause hunger . so if you are not hungry I wouldn't mess with it. And what do you consider not very much. For women the average is .5lb a day. I know it's hard to see all these people with 1lb+ a day but that is not the norm.
I kept mine under my tongue for at least 2-3 minutes. Either way, the longer the better.

So....I'm confused. If hhcg is only to help with hunger, it isn't doing the fat burning thing the other one does? You're basically just on a vlcd? I don't get it. I thought the point of this whole diet is to burn the other kind of fat with this hcg (hhcg) that just a low calorie diet doesn't. Help me.

No... correct me if I'm wrong, but the way I understand it is that once you get an effective amount in your blood stream, then it is burning the abnormal fat with a 500 cal. diet. This is how a pregnant woman continually feeds her baby off her fat regardless what she eats or how sick she may be. Adjusting the dose helps with feeling hunger, but you probably already have enough to help burn the fat. I think this is right, let the pros verify.

.......spoons is correct . The hcg/hhcg isnt for hunger per se. It doesnt suppress appetite. It prevents us from feeling hungry by signaling the body to release the additional calories we need in conjuction with the 500 cal. we consume.

The point of hcg/hhcg is to release the abnormal fat AND reset the hypothalymus so we can maintain the weight loss.

Oh, and uppping the dose using any type of hcg will not increase losses. Some lose at a slower pace than others and at different paces within a round

hcg is presecription grade ...hhcg is homeopthatic grade. They both work. However, some people dont do as well on homeopthics in general as others.

It doesnt matter that there is little to know hcg in hhcg. Homepthatics works on a different format than prescriptions but often just as effectively. Its a great deal to go into on here to explain how homeopathics work, but trust me, they do.

No hunger is one benefit of hcg (thankfully), but it is not why one would take it. Hcg is a hormone which works in the body to burn adipose fat (abnormal fat). Hcg is the actual hormone and it burns the adipose fat and not the structural or reserve fat in the body. Hhcg is homeopathic hcg which mimics hcg in the body (I don't quite understand how it works, but that's what it does evidently. I don't take drops, but injections). It also resets the hypothalamus which is the ultimate goal.

If a person went on a VLCD without hcg, that person would lose muscle mass and the wrong kind of fat not to mention feeling weak, tired, looking haggard, etc. If you haven't already done so, to the left is a link to Dr. Simeons' "Pounds & Inches" which explains how hcg works. :) It's miraculous, and an interesting, easy read.
