    I love the support I get on this forum. I am on here reading almost every day. I wish we had a support group where we could actually "meet" every so often. Obviously not everyone, but those that are close to one another. Just dreaming out loud.

    Join FB. Just put your name with HCG after it and start looking for us!

    i did that but then realized that everyone on my friends list and even not on my friends list would see i am part of the "hcg" group and I havent really spreaded the word yet so i had to delete it :-( i wish there was a way i could be on it without them all knowing my business...

    or perhaps somewhere with an appropriate name, like Thin-le-Moutier, France?

    Deanna, this is what you do....create your own FB HCG page. For ex you could have DeannaLV HCG as your user name.
    I have my own personal FB account and then I created another one for HCG people.

    I agree with you. I didn't want people knowing who I was in real life. In fact, Meredith is my middle name :) How incognito is that!!!!

    I was actually just looking at some of your FB pages. I have the same problem. VERY FEW people know I am on this diet and I didn't want to share yet. I guess what others are doing is creating a seperate FB page just for this....right?

    I am in Springfield MO, and I have heard that there are several people on the forum from nearby.

    Yes do it. I was not comfortable with the idea of people searching for my real name on FB and seeing HCG after my name LOL. People are asking me how I'm losing weight and I keep telling them, oh reduced my calories, no carbs/sugar and lots of exercise lol
