You know, everyone says to do 200+ dosage. I did 125 one time and lost a lot of weight. I tried 200 and was starving and barely lost anything (and then gained it all back because I went out of my mind). Right now I am doing 150 and losing a pound a day. And no, I am not needing to lose a lot of weight which is why I am losing that. I actually have a BMI today of 25.6 and I am doing an hour of spin class every day and doing fine. Granted, I wish pizza was on the menu for this diet but i found dropping the dose actually worked better for the hunger and weight loss.
200 seems to be too much for a lot of people anymore on the newer stuff. Too much makes you starve too. I see a lot now who do great on 150. And it's also weight dependent. The heavier people seem to need more than those close to goal weight. Colleen
I tried 175 today (I think)... I think I'll try it for a couple more days and see how I do. I did fine today in terms of hunger...I'll see what it looks like on the scale tomorrow...
I tried a dose of 175 yesterday and 150 today. I also added more water--am trying to get in 3L per day. I'm feeling much better! And I don't seem as hungry... Also, the scale has started to move again! Don't know if it is the dosage or the water but I'm going to stick with the 150 for awhile and see how it goes. Thank you all for the support and the advice!
