No, just take a planned break, eating about 800 calories so you don't become deficient. Make sure you continue on P2 foods, just add extra. When your stuff comes in go back down to 500 and begin your shots again.
Jenni, question...what if you don't get your new supply for a week or so? how long can you do the higher calories without it affecting the type of fat your losing & stabilizing?
I got the impression she was only talking a couple of days. If it is going to be weeks you are absolutely right, she needs to do the 72 and P3. I must of misunderstood, sorry :(
no, no...I don't know if there is an actual expected date. I just got the impression she had been waiting and thought she would have had them already so, who knows when they would come.
Yeah, I don't know when it's going to be here, so if it's not here on the day that I run out, do I do the 72hour/500cals, and then kick up the calories? What if it comes in within 2 days of no injections, do I still wait 72 hours, and then go right back to 500cals & injections?
If your going to stick to P2 foods, you can increase your calories immediately. if your going to go to P3 for any amount of time you need to wait the 72hrs so the hcg is out of your system.
