    Hello,
Does anyone know if Ezekial bread ( sprouted bread) is starch-free and therefore permitted in P3?

No it's not. It's got grain in it and legumes too. :-(

Breads are for sure not allowed. But sprouted breads are sure good on P4 yum, yum. Can you tell I'm on P2? LOL

Great list Colleen! That will sure help people!

I eat Ezekial bread in all phases, and have never had a problem. It is a lifesaver for me.

I thought so too! Maybe beef ribs, cauliflower pizza, all kinds of goodies. :-) I'm halfway thinking about getting 2" needles and seeing if my hubby could give me the butt shot. :-)

    Jenni,

How do you keep your calorie count under 500, with the Ezekiel Bread? I tried several sample menus on Fitday & the only way I could get the calorie count under 500 was to remove the slice of Ezekiel Bread. Just curious.
