    I'm not really crazy about red meat in general, so I have no clue how to buy or prepare steak. However, I'm bound to need one come P3 at some point.

    Can I get some pointers on what kind of steak to buy? How much of it? and how do ya'll prepare it--just BBQ?

    I just grill it on the gas grill. T-bone is good too. Or fillet.
