I am traveling and am at a friend's house. I am on the last day of the 500 calorie diet. Two days ago I stopped the injections. Today I was doing tourist stuff around the city and I took a little bit of cooked chicken breast deli meat to eat and an orange.

It is 4:55pm now and all I have had to eat was one orange and a bit of deli meat. That was the only meat I was able to get on the last second. I also have walked miles and miles today and ran around quite a bit all over the city. I then forgot it might have a bit of sugar in it but there was nothing else for me to get and I couldn't go to the grocery store until tomorrow.

I'm freaking out a little bit because I ate some deli meat. Is that going to screw me up? It was only one time and I've done a ton of exercise today.
Do you think this will impact me huge by tomorrow? I hope not.

No but I think the exercise will. If you aren't used to it it could cause some fluid retention. This will go away within a day or so, but don't be surprised if you stall okay?

As for the lunch meat, I eat it all the time and havebn't had any problems that I know of. Make sure to drink lots of water.

Thanks lady smart. I'm actually transitioning to the phase 3 maintenance tomorrow. This is my last day of the 500 calorie diet without the injections. I'm not concerned with losing weight now...just to maintain my current weight for the next 6 weeks. So you think the deli meat won't affect anything. And during the phase 2 protocol I did walk quite a bit. I'm a university student so I'm always walking miles around campus and I took leisurely walks outside.
Do you think I'll be ok as I transition into the phase 3?

Yes I do :) I think you'll be just fine. If you don't have a gain tomorrow, then I would say you could probably eat it in P3 too :)
