    And it depends on the peanut butter. I'm lumped in with those who say check what kind of peanut butter you've got. Read the ingredients and see if there's sugar hiding anywhere in there. Do your steak day today, and if your peanut butter does have sugar, hit your local health story to find one that is just crushed peanuts. We have to stir ours because the oil separates and it's a little thinner that regular-store peanut butter, but it takes awesome and is our favorite treat with celery or apples on P3.

    Everyone is different I have come to find out but I ate natural pb on P3 with no problem that I could tell, I eat it almost everyday and ALOT of it....I get the smucker natural chuncky....peanuts, salt thats all. Almost every other one I have seen(even other naturals) have some kind of sugar in them.... they hide it in everything I tell you what :)

    I just wrote on another "peanut butter topic"...and have to share...I am definitely NOT SENSITIVE to PB:)
    I had a PB moment last night and ate an entire half jar....It is Adams Peanut Butter and the only ingredient is peanuts. There isnt even salt which is awesome cause I tend to retain water badly from salt:)
    I have never had almond butter but am grabbing some tomorrow!
    I woke up down .6lbs this morning even with lat nights indulgenc! I was i shock...thought I would have a big gain but no!:)

    I think it has something to do with mixing oil with the peanuts. I can eat peanuts fine but gain with PB. Last P3 and 4 I was eating cashew butter with no ill effects. I make my own.

    I love peanut butter too!!! ANy kind but crunchy is to die for! I just ate 3 big tbs full ha ha. I had a steak day yesterday and this is what I missed the most. I HAD to have it for breakfast, I dreamt of it lol! My favorite is the smuckers natural but I am going to look for your king, mine has salt in it, which IMO it doesn't need. Where do you get your with just peanuts?

    I love the Adams peanut butter! During P3 I have it everyday with apples. I started it after the first week and never gained..... 1 more injection and 3 VLCD's and I am in P3...can't wait!

    Adams is the only type of PB I eat and just love it....I have had it nearly every day this week(my 1st week of P3) and either lose the next day or stay the exact same weight:)
    I dream of the stuff also:)hehee....
