OK so only on P3 for less than a week and had 1/2 cup of peanut butter. I weighed in this morning 5 lbs heavier than yesterday!!!!! Have not had anything to eat today. HELP!!!!!
I have been eating 1/4 cup of nuts every day on P2 ( as I am vegetarian) and have still lost 17 lbs in 23 days. I don't think the pb is anything to be afraid of. Perhaps it was a water retention issue.
They make peanut butter with no sugar added and I have had it on 3 rounds of P3 with no gains. I only have 2 Tbs and dip apples in it. I would check your peanut butter jar and see if it is natural and only made with peanuts. Just drink a lot of water and hope it drops off in a day or two.
Hockeymomof2, I just did the same thing! But mine was probably worse.. I have a SERIOUS peanut/almond butter addiction and it was the first thing I wanted when I started P3. Well, technically I finished my drops Monday early evening and was supposed to start P3 tomorrow morning, BUT I had a PMS induced diva moment and was starving tonight after my 4 oz steak and asparagus dinner and dove into 4 teaspoons full of peanut butter b/c I'm out of almond butter. I'm praying the scale doesn't go bananas in the morning... Why didn't I just wait!!!!!
