I am new on taking these and wondered on dose and info. I wasn't sure if there is a certain time of day, with or without food, etc.
    Thanks a bunch!

Did a doctor tell you to take Potassium? It can harm you if you don't need it.

No actually I found it researching the forum, those where the two suggestions I found. It's a bad idea?

Too much potassium is very bad for you. I had also read on this forum to take it for energy loss but then they started saying the dr's were saying not to take it. I take the magneseum in the afternoon, after I eat my lunch.

If you take too much potassium, it can cause potentially fatal issues with your heart.

Hey... Rosey... dark leafy greens have natural potassium in them and are ok, like spinach.

You can over due to mag too, but not as easy. Not sure about the dosages though. =-)

On my magnesium it says to take 3 pills once a day equaling 400mg and thats 100% of your daily value.....soooo I just take 2 (making it about 267 mg), plus the magnesium in my multivitamin (50 mg) so my grand total a day is 317-leaving me room for what is in foods.
