Is it cheaper/better to buy HCG on-line or ask your doctor for a prescription and get it filled at your local pharmacy? I believe from everything I have read it seems that the injections are the best way to go if money is an issue, which it is for me. I thought of going to a weight loss clinic and they are charging $300 for the 43 day plan. But my sister has a friend who told her that was expensive. Any information/feed back would be great!

Thanks for the information. I have looked at a few web sites, gphcg.mybigcommerce.com,yourhcgdiet.com, and alldaychemist.com for the HCG and www.pharmacyescrow.com for the supplies to mix the HCG. Do you think going to your local pharmacy would be cheaper than going on-line? The reason I ask is that my primary doctor does weight loss in his practice, but insurance won't cover me, because I not morbidly obese, just fat.

The only way you will be able to answer that question for your particular case is to ask the doctor how much he'll charge for the visit that covers the prescription, and then ask the pharmacy how much the prescription is (probably around $100 for a 10,000 IU vial), and compare it to the online prices. Otherwise, the other answer given is valid.

Well thank you so much, my co-pay is $20 to see the doctor. This is TMI but I'm going for my yearly exam next week Friday and I will ask for a prescription and If I get it, I will take your advice and call every pharmacy and compare prices:)

At yourhgcdiet.com they have 10,000iu only for $55.00 and a complete buddy kit for 23 day for $89.00 and 43day for $169.
I don't know if that is a good price, but it is what I have found so far. It says it is for 2 people. I have no idea how long the potency will last for 1 person.
