    R1 P2 VLCD 11, total loss 12.6 lbs.

    Ok... I am using the hcg drops. I was using 10 drops 3 x day the first week, but was still hungry, then I increased it to 11 drops 3X day... still hungry (like stomach growls 4-5 times a day hungry)... just increased it to 12 drops today... still hungry. I don't know what to do about the hunger. Also the last few days I've only been losing about .5 a day.... what gives? I did just realize that cinnamon has carbs in it and I had been sprinkling that on my apple. Other than that, I have been very faithful... not one cheat. What should I do now?

    I've been drinking lots of tea with stevia. Can you have too much stevia? Can I just drink tea or should it be water? I've been drinking lots, so it's not the amount that is the problem.

    I would go up to 15 drops 3 times a day.

    Also, you will slow down, that is your body catching up with all the losses. It's normal :)

    I have...although I ended up going back to the IM shots. I kept forgetting to take the drops LOL

    Most people do end up going to 15 3x a day. You could also try doing 6 drops 6 times a day and see if that helps your hunger. I doubt it will since you are already getting 36 drops a day and are still hungry.

    Wow!!! I wish I could have lost like that! That's really good. Women usually AVERAGE approx .5 to .75 lbs per day overall. So you are ahead of the game. U are at the place where most tend to stall and slow down. That is normal.

    I've only done injections, but from what I read on this forum 15 drops 3x day or higher is about what most people use for dosing. Hope Grammy or other vets will chime in here.

    Also u have to give your body time to adjust to the loss of fat cells to see a big change.

    Oh... Lady, I didn't mean that. Sorry, it's just that I'm a nurse and am trained to be skeptical. You are most definately NOT chopped liver... I appreciate ALL my hcg friends!!!

    Thank you Deb for your encouragement. I'm just sooo hungry that the slow weight loss has given me a case of the blues. I know I can do it, but there are days that my family's food looks very yummy, especially when I've already eaten my supper before 7 and my stomach will not stop growling.

    I am taking HHCG and had to up them to 15 X 3 and I have no more hunger. Some days I have to force my food down. I really don't think sprinkling cinnamon on your apple is causing the slow in loss, like everyone has said that is normal. You are doing a great job!!
