    I am on R3vlcd7, on hhcg from DIYhcg, 50mlx3 day. They did not say to "smack" bottle to activate it.
    Should I have been doing this?

    cher- I was also unaware of this "rule" at first, and did not do it. Now that I know about it, I still forget it about 50% of the time. lol. I don't seem to have a difference on my losses tho. I've been logging the times I forget it. I usually remember right after I put the darn drops under my tongue! lol. I don't seem to vary on losses on the days that I have forgotten. Having said that, I still encourage you to activate the drops. It will either not make a difference, or it will be a good difference. Nothing bad can happen, so it's worth doing. I took a Sharpie the other day and wrote ACTIVATE all over the label on my bottle of drops. Some of us need a reminder for even the simplest things. :-D

    Basically...Don't stress about what you missed, and try to do it from now on. It's early in this round. Curious, how did you do in your first 2 rounds?
