    HELP!!!! I am on R3P3D8. First round was great stablized right away. Second round I stopped early due to Christmas holidays and I never really stuck to P3 protocol and gained it all back :( Third round, I struggled and the last 2 weeks of the 6. I was starving, dizzy and fatigued. My dr had me take potassium and it helped a little. I took my last dose on day 37 nstead of 40 because I wanted to get to P3 before I left for scout camp. Here are my numbers:

    P3D1 205.8 ate eggs a little chz I grated, bacon,chicken, salad, blue chz dressing, steak, summer squash with onions, olive oil, and parm

    P3D2 207.6 eggs, cottage chz, strawberries, grilled chicken, salad, blue chz

    I was at camp the next three days so could not weigh. I ate chicken, letuce, tomatoes, a little cheddar chz, hard boiled eggs, cottage chz, and apples. I probably hiked 15-20 miles while I was gone!!!

    I weiged as soon as I got home that afternoon 207!! I felt good about stablizing. Had chicken and squash for lunch and got stuck out for dinner. We went to a buffet so I could have choices. Ate caesar salad no croutons, green beans, and beef ribs no sauce. ( they were pretty fatty though)

    P3D6 208 Now I am concerned. Walked 3 miles. TOM started. Ate eggs, SF salsa, for lunch was running errands getting reading for vacation. Went to chipotle and had steak, tomato salsa, onions, peppers, sour cream, chz, guac, and lettuce. Thought i made good choices. Dinner 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 oz cheddar chz

    P3D7 209.4 WHAT!!!! so I did a protein day. I ate 5.5 oz grilled chicken for breakfast. about a dozen shrimp and some steak for lunch. I did make some shrimp sauce with tomato paste, horseradish, ACV, tabasco, and lemmon. Left for vacation- drove 5 hours- ate the rest of my big steak for dinner while I we were driving. I did have 1 club soda with lime when we met our friends at the hotel. Really wanted to join them in a drink, but I was trying to be good!!

    P3D7 209.8 WHAT!!!!!!!!! How am I still going up. I am on vacation for the next 5 days and dont know what or where to eat. Am I above my LDW becasue of TOM or traveling??????? Was my struggle for the last 2 weeks of P2 related to this. does my body want to stablize higher than I want it to.

    What do I do????? I have no way of cooking in our hotel room. I will have to eat out for the next 5 days.

    I'm experiencing the same issue right now...today is P3D3 and the scale is slowly creeping up.

    travelling could definitely play a part in it, I've seen on this forum where people can go up 5lbs just because of flying somewhere, eating out, etc. Are you getting all of your water in? The other thing that stands out is that you ate shrimp on your protein day but hadn't eaten that in the days prior...could you have an issue with shrimp that contributed to the 1.4lb gain?

    One other thing...Because I'm going up gradually, I'm pretty sure my increases are due to BM (or lack of) issues. could this be part of your problem as well?

    Cut the eggs for a few days and see how you do.
