I am on day 5 of Oral HCG, taking 12 drops , 3x a day. I have been very strict except on the 2 loading days.
Here is what is going on with me:
I gained 3 pounds over the 2 loading days. I am now on day 3 of strict eating and I am not losing anything. I find myself hungry, irritable, and not feeling well (headache, body aches etc.)
I used to be a strict LC dieter (for over 10 years) but 3 years ago when my father became ill I found myself eating on the fly when I took him to Dr. appointments or eating a lot of hospital cafe food when he was in the hospitals. Then after his death I just quit the LC. I should not have.
I am ok with with doing this but has anyone had similar experiences? When will I show that first drop in weight. I have friends using this and doing the same diet and they have already lost 5 to 10 pounds.
you shouldn't be hungry so you definitely need to adjust your dosage. I haven't done the drops so I can offer any suggestions but keep bumping this and I'm sure someone will chime in who can. You could also do some searches on dosage or drops and you might find something to help.
you should actually be losing, even if your dose is low. what is your starting weight, height, frame size? are you following the original protocol, or something that came with the drops (there are many modifications floating around out there)?
i'd go up to the 15 drops 3x a day like boucher recommended. That should help your weight loss too. When the hcg isn't working right, the weight loss isn't as good.
Borrowig the thread title.. will be starting round 2 june 24 thought about doing 23 days because of a trip planned july 19th, but then started reading about planned interuptions so if I took a week off came back and started up again I could actually make it a long round. Didn't think I had another long one in me but this way maybe.. or would it be best to keep it short? Any thoughts would like to lose about 25 something like that, first round 22lbs... big trip planned middle of Sept.would love to be done by then???
Dr. Simeon doesn't say there is a problem. I just read one post a few minutes ago of a person who did the break, came back and lost quite a lot of weight in the last half of the round. :-) Colleen
