    Hi All,

    I am finishing up my 40th day and I have definitely hit immunity. Today I am starving and haven't been at all up until now. I am wondering if I am going to be ravenous during my next 3 days without hCG before I start Phase 3?

    Hey there! Sorry to hear you are already hungry. My experience was the final 3 days I was not hungry. I was quite shocked. Try drinking yerba mate tea to help with hunger and lots of water. If you were taking hhgc you may get away with 48 hours on vlcd. I did wait 72, but I wasn't starving. Good luck.

    If this morning was your last dose, you start P3 on Tuesday morning. Until then, snack on some extra protein if you have to, to keep from cheating.
