    I found that I didn't maintain well and was bloated if I don't keep up the water so I still drink my gallon on P4

    I expected to have a problem with my tummy during P3, but ended up losing 5 more inches, including 2 more off my waist. I am on P3D12. I've had 4 c-sections and a hysterectomy. The docs should have installed a zipper there to replace that same poor scar they keep opening up. lol. We just never know what's going to happen on this program until we get there. I am as surprised as anyone on how good my P3 went, and the clothes I can finally zip up. I am wondering how well the next round will go, though. I can always find something to worry about. lol.
