    Can people help me figure out for sure how much sublingually twice per day I'm suppose to take?

    I did this diet before and lost 20 pounds in a month. I only have maybe 15 more to lose but last time I mixed it the same way and took .25 twice per day and I lost okay but this time I'm not and I asked someone how much I should be taking twice per day and she figured it out and said .32 ML twice daily.

    I seem to get conflicting answers all of the time and I wish I was a mathematician so I don't have to bother people.

    It's actually .6 - .7 that you need to take 2x a day if you're doing it sublingually. That's 166 iu 2x a day, the standard dose for sublingual. Normally we have you mix 15 ml in a 5000 iu vial and take .5 2x a day but it sounds like you mixed stronger than that if you were doing .25 2 x a day.

    I'm so confused. .6 - .7. How much is that in ML? I'm using the diabetic needle and I cut the needle part off. This is how I did it last time.

    My needle goes to 3, I guess that's .03. I'm terrible at math. I've been taking 1/4 of 3 twice daily. Do you still think I've been taking too much? That's 1/2 ML per day total.

    No you are not taking enough. You need over half a ml. .66 is the actual dose. 5000 iu lasts 15 days or 30 doses. You take 2 doses a day. So you divide 20 ml by 30 and that equals .66.

    I'm having trouble figuring out your syringe. You said you're taking 1/2ml a day total and you need to be taking even more than that 2x a day. Nearly .7 2x a day.

    SO that would be 3.5 ML twice per day.

    My syringe is a total of 3/10 of 1 CC or ML. or .3. I just measured it with a bigger syringe and it's 1/3 of 1 ML and I've only been taking .25 of that small one.

    Heck, now that I think of it, I've barely been taking any HCG. I wonder why I lost 20 lbs in a month about 8 months ago.

    I think I'll switch to the bigger syringe, with the one I've been using, I'd have to fill it up a 3 times at least.

    What syringes are you people using? Diabetic ones which injects minute amounts or the bigger one?

    Mine are 1ml diabetic ones that most of my people use. You've been on a tiny dose! But it sounds like you mixed it differently this time.
