    Hi I'm on day 7 of sublingual HCG drops (HCG Platinum) and yesterday I was beginning to feel slight pain and tightness in my ovaries/lower pelvic area? Has anyone had this before or is this something I should be concerned about? It's not very painful, but noticable, it's barely there. I'm not experiencing any other symptoms like from ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. I'm NOT having severe abdominal pain, nausea, bloating, dark urine or less urination, weight gain, shortness of breath or vomiting. I'm going to stop taking the drops for today and ask around for some info. Please someone let me know I'm droping weight really well and it's really the only thing that has worked for me in a long time and I don't want to stop.

    I had the same thing my first week. It went away. I'm assuming, because it is a hormone from pregnant women, and that the woman parts might think they are preggers.

    I'm SO glad to hear that, and haha it's almost like the power of suggestion as soon as I read your comment in 15 minutes my pain began to get less. It's not every really painful, it's like 1/2 the pain I get from a period, it's more like a little pressure. I feel 50% better. Anyone else experience the same thing?

    Mine was like little twinges and tugging pains.

    I only have 1 ovary and it was really hurting in the first week but it hasn't bothered me this week, week 2.

    I've been having that today, day 22. It was quite strong for a while -- worse than when I am ovulating anyway.

    I also had pain in ovaries first week,kept taking hcg,thankfully it went away.
