Ah, you may be on a slightly different protocol. I'm only familiar with Dr. Simeon's protocol. So many clinics across the country are coming up with their own tweaks on his protocol, some minor, and some so much that it's almost another diet altogether. I have been polling people like crazy, and from what I've seen Dr. Simeon's protocol has consistently good weight loss reported, which is why I chose to stick to it. His protocol doesn't allow squash on P2. He does allow oranges; I've just heard that they can stall some people. Dr. S also warned of orange peel in spices, so with that combined knowledge I just chose to opt out of oranges until I broke the plateau.

My info came from this book; www.pounds-and-inches.com

My mother in law did it and lost 45 lbs!!

I am going to start with the stevia and HOPE that does the trick. BTW, I called Whole Foods and they carry the PURE Stevia.
Do you have a link or even an email of the plan you can send me?
Or even stuff like you already have?

THANKS BTW for all your help!

I just double checked to make double sure that squash isn't allowed on Dr. Simeon's protocol, and I don't see it. Squash is starchy, and he is so specific about no starches in P2, I would seriously consider cutting them out since you've already invested so much time and determination so far. Here's the link to his original protocol:

Just scroll down to the 'DIET' heading. Good luck, and keep us posted!

Ergh! I just bought the same box! I think I tossed the receipt too, and it was a big one from Sams Cub. I did get some drops from the organic store too though so I will just use that.

    Thanks Krystan!
I am going to omit the squash and zuchinni as well.

Heathermax, Sams and Costco are really good about returning things. Have you opened the box of Stevia yet?
They usually will allow a store credit.

Off to Whole Foods to spend more $$!!

Well I'm glad that you guys got a few things figured out. My losses have always slowed during the middle of the round and then picked up again nearing the 30 day mark. I have to remember it's an average. I usually average .6 a day on a round. But there are lot's of times where I go .2 for days. It really does even out. But hopefully some of these things will help!

Prodgirl you're right, I looked at that and it's a LOT different than Dr. Simeons! I can see how it could still work maybe, but yeah, we can't have peaches, green beans, cauliflower, zuchinni... in fact we can't have half the stuff on that list. Bet that's the whole reason for the stall.
