I am following the diet, even upped my drops a couple more as suggested, and just can't get past the loss of my 10lbs.
Been at this weight for almost 1 week now??

    Any ideas?

I can't possibly eat less, still so hungry all the time!

Prodgirl, it's probably just a stall. Many experience one at this time day wise. Eating less won't help. Are you following protocol foods etc? It does stink. Is there any way you can extend the round a bit to try and get over this stall?

When you say, extend the round, you mean go the 43 days?
If so, that is/was my plan.
Will I gradually get back to the appx. 1 lb / day loss maybe soon?
My goal was to lose 30 lbs., was 167 lbs...

I am actually enjoying the new foods I have been eating, so that's a plus.
Just miss eating more food and being able to work out.
I walk the dogs and feel just exhausted with my little 500 calorie intake!

Prodgirl, I did the full 43 days. I stalled for 2 weeks; I started losing again on day 32, and had my BEST weight loss the last week. Dr. S does say that if one stalls for more than 4 days that there is some dietary error being made. I found out once I completed my full first round that the Stevia I'd been using had maltodextrin in it; I was so mad! Other than that and my chewing gum, I stuck to the protocol and didn't cheat. I was SO glad that I stuck it out; I saw more results and tightening in the last week and first week of P3.
If your stall continues much longer, examine everything you're eating, make sure you're weighing your protein portions and not going by sight, try dropping a fruit or the melba toast, and make sure you're drinking the apple cider vinegar cocktail. Digestive enzymes helped me tremendously, too.

    Hang in there!

Oh yes, and as for the energy; I also felt the worst when I was stalled. I got my energy back just before I started losing again, and felt great the last week! Not sure what the connection is, but it was noticeable for me.

What is the apple cider vinegar cocktail? I cannot imagine drinking it .. it is so very bitter!

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar diluted in water. It's foul, no getting around it. I drink it while I'm preparing a meal; I wouldn't want to drink it on an empty stomach for several reasons. However, I do believe it aids in weight loss. I got very faithful with this and my enzymes just before I started losing again.

    Krystan~
How many times a day do you drink it?

Just once a day. 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar recommended daily, but not to be consumed throughout the day. Try to get it all in at once as it can be hard on your tooth enamel.

I thought Stevia was approved? I drink one or two glasses of green tea with 1 packet / per day.
No gum, food is all approved...so I thought?!
