would apple cider vinegar help or hurt on a steak day? Any experiences?

I think it would help - same purpose as tomato or apple, aids in digestion of the steak.

I'm using it today in my steak day.

Sometimes, whether your question gets answered depends on the time of day you post it. It may just get pushed to page 3 or 4 of the list, as more people post later in the day where no one will see it. If you don't get a response, try bumping it in the evening to push it to top. Just reply to it and write bump. Many people are off the list more on weekend days, too.

I drink Bragg ACV homemade drinks at least twice a day
    every day
I also drink 2 cups of Green Mountain Decaf Hazelnut in my Keurig, daily.

Both without problem on any day.

Silly me - it never even occurred to me that they might "interfere" with a steak day.

Donna or anyone....why/how do steak days actually work? Anyone understand the concept of why it works? Just curious

    steak days are in P3
when the 4 lb range (+/- 2 lbs)
    from LIW/LDW is exceeded

    yes, they work for me
but I do very will with an Atkins type menu

    The concept within protocol?
    IMHO . . .
I assume that it's to lower food intake
    (nothing to eat until dinner)
and then provide protein for satisfaction
and apple for crunch, fiber, & nutrients
Basically, to get us back on track.

But that's just my 2 cents worth.

Donna, Are steak days for P3 only? I thought that they were for life?

You are right, Donna. This whole diet is for life. We just add foods as we go along and into P4 but the concepts remain true for us forever. I don't know about you but I have discovered some unpleasant truths about my relationship to food and I hope I will have changed them for good.

Well, steak days are for life
    after we are finished with
    doing rounds of P2 & P3
