    I think I've already gone over for the day, and still haven't eaten everything listed. Please take a look and let me know if I'm doing something wrong.

    3 oz grilled chicken 100 cal
    1 cup spinach - 10 cal
    1 med Granny Smith - 80
    1 Melba slice - 20
    1 cup radishes - 20
    4 oz filet mignon - 300

    Total is 530 calories, and I still haven't had my other fruit or melba toast. Am I doing it wrong?

    That filet is probably too big. If I eat beef, I usually do 3 oz, instead of 3.5, to make up for the extra calories.

    Sorry, I meant to say, you're probably okay on every thing else. There will be some days you won't make it to 500 at all, so I think it all evens out.

    That's a pretty high calorie content on the beef. Probably high in fat too. I'm not good with the beef stuff since I only have the ground beef which is 165 calories for 3.5 oz.

    I would recommend not stressing about the 500 calorie rule and continue to measure your meat, stop measuring your veggies, and fix your last fruit into some kind of dessert (like a grilled apple with cinnamon). :)

    My other issue is that I am so bloated! It looks like a pregnant belly! I am on TOM, but I usually don't have this much bloating. Am I drinking too much water? Not enough? Bleh....
