I think the Capella drops will be good in other stuff, I haven't tried them yet except for coffee. I know the Int'l coffee is not causing my stall as I finally broke it on Wednesday with .4 loss, Thursday .8 loss and today 1.2 loss - YAY! I keep looking at the coffee mix for afternoon treat too but haven't done it yet! Diane
Good for you diane! 2.4 #'s in 3 days after a stall! I might eventually order the drops. Maybe for the next P2 when I need some extra flavor with less food and drink options.
I broke down and bought SweetLeaf Vanilla Creme and English Toffee Stevia the other day at the health food store for $14.99 each! Ugh! But, I have to say the 2 mixed together in my decaf coffee were not all that bad. I read someone else mention to put salt in the coffee to cut the acid taste and that worked great. I never cared for sweetener in my coffee I am just a creamer person but this is tolerable. I used the Capella drops Kaula & Creme last night in a protein shake and that was fairly good too.
I drink my coffee with a tbl of half&half (rogue) drink about 1/2 cup hot and then add the rest to my blender with ice cubes and it is so-o good! I've also added my coffee to my protein shake and had a blast of clearheaded happiness, leaving me blissfully un-hungry for hours.
A lot of people would boo this but I have a few Large Sugar Free Vanilla Lattes with non fat milk from McDonalds and haven't had one problem losing! In fact I had one yesterday and I was down 2 lbs today and I am on P2VLCD 33. I have lost 20 lbs. You can also buy sugar free vanilla lattes to go in the grocery store.
susie---if it works for ya, do it! I haven't tried the McD's sugar free ones, only because I had not thought about it yet. I will the next time I am there, I guarantee it. I keep drinking the sugar free Int'l coffees, sugar free coffeemate french vanilla creamer, etc. None of these products is bothering me during this 2nd P3. I am stable at 1.6 under LDW this morning, and I did not gain with them during my P2's. Thanks for sharing. :]
