I am going to be starting P3 next weekend and have been searching for new foods...stumbled upon some really yummy looking crackers made by a raw food company with no added sugar or starch! I haven't tried them yet but they have cheesy kale chips, mori nacho chips and flatbread crackers made from chia seeds. Here is a link: http://www.greenplanetparadise.com/shop/Chocola-Tree
Ingredients in the onion flatbread crackers are: Organic Golden Onions, Organic Sunflower Seeds, Organic Chia Seeds, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt
Also found a brand of cookies that are starch and sugar free called "Yes to Cookies." Link here: http://yestocookies.com. They sell ready-made cookies and dry mixes to bake at home.
These are the ingredients in the Strawberry-Banana Blitz flavor: Erythritol, Cereal Fiber Psyllium*, Whey Protein Isolate, Psyllium Husk, Organic Gum Acacia, Natural Strawberry, Banana and Vanilla flavors, CelluloseGum, Sodium Bicarbonate, Rebaudioside A (as a sweetner) and Salt.
I did try the Yes to Cookies mix when doing Atkins prior to the hcg diet. They were a bit gritty to me and the amount of psyllium was too much for my digestive system, if you know what I mean. I actually have two unopened boxes of mix I'd be happy to send someone for postage if you want to try them. Maybe someone else will like these better than I did.
My daughter would love to try those if you still have them. Let me know and I will whisper my info to you and send you the postage. Do you have a paypal account?
Just bumping this thread...I ordered the onion chia flatbread, Kale chips and Mori nachos and they are sooo delicious and crunchy! I almost ate the entire package of kale chips at one sitting, they tasted just like cheesy doritos. The onion chia seed flatbread was good too, soft enough to roll around some turkey and make a wrap-type sandwich with tons of flavor. I have to figure out how to make these at home...my attempts at Kale chips tasted no where near as good as these do.
Safeway has Parmesan cheese crisps which are a great Cracker.... They taste sooo much better than cheese crackers and are great for anything you want to dip (P3). The ingredients...... Cheese :)
