Ok so its been a little over a week on p3 and I have gained 3.2 lbs back so far. I have been working out however I have drank on 3 occasions so far wine and vodka plus yesterday I have like 6 oz of cheese. Do i need to do a steak day and why steak? Also should I pretty much be eating like in p2 but adding in eggs and cheese. Maybe Im not getting enough protein. I dont know. I know the drinkings not helping so im stopping that. Im just concerned im not doing something right.
