    And 5 days in a row of both cardio and weight training isn't ideal for your body anyway, especially when done so suddenly. Unless you're working different muscle groups each day, you're likely overdoing it and just stressing your body without getting the benefits that come afterwards.

    Just the fact that you're sore is the indication that you are tearing muscles and they have retained water and are healing...that's what's happening when your muscles are sore. I think it's great you're working out. I know you're concerned about the weight gain but if you keep doing what you're doing, I bet it'll come back down some.

    Definitely do not stop your cardio - though deliberately trying to add muscle mass can be a little bit dangerous. I've discussed this with my own doctor, and if you can handle the chances of hunger pangs and similar, and make sure the take vitamin supplements so the P2 protocol won't end up pulling nutrients out of your internal organs, your final fat loss will be much higher.
