    Ok - so I spent Saturday all day with my kids at the waterpark and then Sunday at the ocean boogie boarding. I had to use sunblock but I don't think it had any oils. I did not get enough on my lips though yesterday and that in combo with the salt water, My lips look like I have collagen. It's crazy. I have lost 20 lbs as of Saturday morning in 26 days, so pretty average. After all day in the water on Saturday, I was up a lb on sunday. This morning I was the same as Saturday after being in the ocean half the day on Sunday. So - am I just retaining water? Did my body soak in all that salt water? Anyone else experience this instead of just theories? My theory is just major water retention since I usually hover at 42% hydration and this morning I was at 44%. All I know is it sucks! I didn't cheat even though being at a waterpark and everyone eating pizza...made me want to. I also probably did not drink enough water for being in the sun all day two days in a row. Thoughts? Someone please make me feel better!!!

    You will lose the weight...sun may make you retain, according to pounds and inches. Also, you got a LOT of excercise, so that may account for it as well!

    God I hope so - I have been stalled since Saturday - did an apple day yesterday because I was at wits end...this morning, NOTHING!!! Still stalled! I have been really positive and feeling good about this whole experience...then this happened. Grrrrr!!!! :)

    HELP!!!!! Now after all that I gained another 1.8 last night! I am still 9 days from TOM so shouldn't be that. WTF!?!?! My previous only snafu's were the vegas cheat (I quit then changed my mind, gained then lost 1.4lbs)....which I thought I recovered from 10 days ago, and (2) martini's (or basically vodka, there were no olives involved) almost a week ago. I don't get it! Seriously....anyone? Day 31, I've been stalled now since Saturday. Apple day didn't work, today I gained, again. I have a cup of smooth move in front of me but I'm not sure that's it since I went the other day. I didn't even eat my fruit or grissini last night either. I know I am asking the same question that everyone has probably experienced, but crap this is horrible on the morale when the past two days you've eaten less than 400 calories and still gained weight! I mixed up a new batch of HCG last night to see if maybe mine was becoming ineffective, but even if it was, I wasn't hungry so....I should have still lost weight on so few calories.

    Ok -I am done ranting, just very frustrated this morning. I want to step away from the scale the remainder of this round! My other thoughts are just to end the round since I will be doing another anyway to lose another 15, maybe I end it now and go for 20 in the next round? Ugh!!!!
