Yes, every other day. I was an avid exerciser about a year ago so I know my stuff, I just fell off the wagon for a year and am getting back into it after my first round of the diet. I only needed to loose about 15 lbs. I did a short round and lost 10, I have gained back about 3 as of now, so I am thinking of doing another round in a few months if I can't get the extra off with exercise and eating right!

good! I would just keep an eye on it, but it sounds like you just leveled off at 3 lbs over. It's okay, not what you want I know but it happens to some people.

is my body just not resettng? And will I just keep gaining till I get back to my round 1 liw? Has anyone ever had this happen?? Does it happen. I did 30 inj round 2 round 1 was way too long about 55 days vlcd I was weak and showing signs of immunity. ????? R2 was great I felt greatbut losses were very slow!!

What do y'all think about extending a round after an interuption? I did 38 day round (planned interuption at 23 days for 6 days) now I have been in p3 for 9 days. I have read about people doing really long rounds on hhcg, which I am on. I would like to do maybe 10-14 more days and then do a full p3 and p4. What do you pros think?

I did 60 days VLCD on sublingual hcg, which supposedly doesn't carry the same habituation problem as the injectables. I should have stopped at 45 days; the last eighteen days I was on the program I fluctuated up and down and up and down in the same 4-lb range. It was extremely frustrating and, looking back on it, rather pointless. I lost 20 pounds in the first 30-day section, and 15 in the second.

However, due to the evil influence of my boyfriend - yeah, let's blame him! hee hee - I gained SIX pounds as soon as I entered P3. I have now taken two of those off and am stable at 31 lbs down.

Here is my question: I have four weeks free before I start P2 again. I am currently doing very well on P3, and am happy as a lark. Should I continue on P3 for an extra week, or toss in a week of P4 before I start loading for P2? Any advice would be most welcome. (I am scheduling it like this because my sweet bad boy is taking me to Istanbul in October, I want to take off at least another 10-20 before the trip, and I'll be in P4 when we leave.)

If this is your first round, you should do at least some P4, otherwise, if second+ round, jump right back in to P2. Someone posted she didn't do any P4 days and was fine, so it's up to you. I did 2 weeks of P4 before going back to P2.
