    I lost 25-27lbs first round - I would love to lose another 10 lbs - My P3 will end Friday the 9th - I am going camping for the weekend and would LOVE LOVE LOVE to use that time as Load days to start another round because I want to enjoy beers, hot dogs with buns, smores, etc. While I understand on P4 I could do this I really dont want to overdo it as it will be my first days on P4.

    Anyone have any opinions, ideas or smore recipes that are P4 friendly. If I move on to P4 and end up gaining in that 2 days do I just do a HP day or what. Or...should I move on and use that as a load day.

    I know theres controversy on this cycling thing - but I am not opposed to hearing opinions I have exactly followed protocol to a T and I am open to hear what worked for others.

    Hashi here! did you stabilize well in P3? If so.... I might get behaeded for this but....Go for it!!!
    Ten pounds? Honey do a short 21-23 round and put it behind you.. plus camping and loading goes so well together..
    My start weight 287( or 286 i noticed disrepancies in my posts)
    I have done/ doing:
    R1/ 40 days P2.. (lost 40pounds 40days)

    21 days p3.. then

    R2/21 days P2.. (lost 21 pounds 21days)

    14 days p3..then

    R3/30 days p2.. ( Which i am currently on) todays weight 220.0 (10 pounds so far in this round)then i'll do

    21 days p3.. then

    R4/30 days p2..(final round i hope) then

    21 days p3.. rest of my life p4. Whoot!

    You shouldn't do a cycle if you haven't done Phase 4. I'm a heavy duty cycler but I did one complete round. I just feel it is very important to do that complete round.

    Buuuuuut! I think you should listen to the vets.. I am a rebel and I did not do well stabilizing with my second round p3 at all.. So You should probably listen to those with full round experience, because they know, and there focus is not only on weight loss but long term stabilization and that is what it is really all about right.. Not only getting thin but staying thin...

    Coming from someone who didn't listen well... I was anxious like you to lose the last 10 lbs after my 1st round. I started again after doing 4 1/2 wks of p3 no p4 ... I am in p3 now from my 2nd round.. Not stabilizing well like my first round and I am only 3 lbs lighter than my last liw from r1!! Here's what happened I loaded on mostly proteins And fats but a few carbs that sent me up 5 lbs 7 total above liw because I stabilized 2 lbs above liw so now on p3 I am gaining just about every day ugh... Eating nohhing different than my last p3. So if you do decide to go for it definately do not load with carbs or sugar you will gain alot and use that first week to get it off !! Personally I would wait the requires 6 weeks since it's your first time:-) I didn't now I'm back to where I started I was at 132 before loading now at 127 so not worth 30 days of vlcd!!! I did lose inches though so that's the only plus ... nyone want to advise me on my situation feel free.. I'm planning on waiting the full 8 wks then do another cycle. Oh also round 2 and those last 10 generally take longer to lose!! Darn it

    Hashi .. You didn't stabilize well with your second round? How long did you wait between r2 & r3 and how are you doing now, if you don't mind me asking?
