    HAs anyone had success with modifying the HCG Diet successfuly? No trials or experiements, but you've already tried and found that you continue to lose the average 1lb per day.

    I am mainly looking for modifications that allow for me to eat more frequently during the day to curb hunger pangs especially between the 1-7pm time period.

    Please post:

    Your meal plan that has been modified
    How much weight you are losing on this modified version (1-2 lbs per day?)


    Any and all successful modifications are welcome.

    PS-I know that modifications arent liked by some but this is not the thread to express that sentiment. Ive been reading other threads and as along as folks are having great success then that's all I need :-)

    I have found that modifications work for one person, and maybe not for another. My sister and I went on the same time, I lost more weight, but couldnt stablize. I followed exactly, she modified. So, if it works for one person, it may not work for another. I had to go back on round two, and hopefully stablize this time. She is stable. She also takes thyroid meds, I dont....so who knows. This time though, I am using all my normal products, for hair and skin, and really see no difference. I still use toms toothpaste and dedorant. Regular bar soap. Just a little less of my normal products, I see no difference. So, long story short, what works for one, may not work for another.

    Also, drink lots of water, save your apple or fruit for that time of day. Are you doing homiopathic hcg? I use prescription strength and up the dosage a little.....

    If you've already read the posts then you know the modifications that have been done. You also know what has worked and what hasn't.

    So what's your deal? You join 26 minutes ago and tell us exactly what to post. Are you doing research for an article?

    I feel caution is in order here.

    Lady Smart, Ive read the posts but just want to have a thread with only succsessful modifications, many are trials and others asking questions, just need a thread with with what has worked for others. No need for caution as I am just another dieter looking for ways to modify the HCG diet with great results. I am not writing any articles or doing research. I joined a few minutes ago but I have been lurking for some time and decided to join today :-)

    Moving on...

    nrodabaugh I am doing the homeopathic HCG. Good idea about saving the fruit!

    Not going to happen :0 We all segway off into different subjects, like you and I just did.

    How about next time you introduce yourself, or at the least join in some conversations instead of your first post dictating to us what to write. It really wasn't very friendly and flags are still going up with this one.

    I wasn't dictating, just made a simple request...flag away, I have nothing to hide LOL

    Adding to my original post, Ive also tried eating my lunch, ie meat and veggie for breakfast to give me more energy during the course of the day but I am usually hungry by 12/1pm.

    You haven't said what day you're on in the diet. . .. or what kind of hCG you're taking. That would be helpful. Maybe a better question would be "how can I stop being hungry in the afternoon. . . ." Or have you already looked in previous threads for that? More info would be helpful.

    I am taking the homeopathic HCG spray and I am on day 10 in Phase 2 (D10P2)

    I want to know how to curb hunger in the afternoon and learn different ways to mod the diet with continued success. So far Ive lost 5lbs in 10 days but that is due to a few cheating issues due to being so hungry in the afternoons. I am also 5'7 and 155 if that helps.
