    Hi All,

    I've been reading about some folks taking MSM while doing HCG. MSM supposedly helps in skin retraction, hair, nails, etc . I was curious if anyone is taking it on these forums and what your opinion is on it.

    Ok I have to ask....what is MSM?
    Perhaps it is a Milk Shake Meal? Sounds really good. I love Milk Shake Meals. Especially Strawberry!
