This is the problem with men- they lose weight SOOO much quicker than women!!!!

hehe I'm just kiddin. Thats AWESOME! I'm on day 30 and only down 15 lbs. My husband isn't even doing the diet and he lost about 10 pounds (Prob because we stopped drinking so much on weekends)
Anyways...welcome to the greatest forum EVER. I'm afraid you're outnumbered though- lots of females here who will be jealous of your male super weight losing abilities! :)

I startetd round 3 3 days ago: so first low calorie day yesterday and thanks!! the scale bumped down 3 pounds. love it! very hot here so dont really feel like eating big meals and can go for a swim every day! loving it!
Hello everyone My name is Jonathan and I also started the protocol on the 21st.
For me this is Rnd1 Ph 2 D11 My current weight is 480.0 down from the original 502.4 Yes that is 22 lbs in 10 days ( not counting the loading days) . I get that its pretty good progress, and I expected it to continue at the same rate of 2 + lbs per day. Today's loss was 0 lbs and that makes me feel that I may have hit a plateau. Anyone else hit the twenty mark and stall? Does taking Nutritional supplements interfere with loss?
