One question I seem to get alot is about salad dressing. I simply add a little bit of water to the pan after I'm done cooking whatever I'm cooking. Usually it is chicken or shrimp if I'm having it in a salad. I then add this seasoned water to the salad. Wa-La safe salad dressing. and it always is good and plenty. Sometimes I will add the lettuce or spinach to the pan just to wilt it a little bit to add extra flavor.
The other thing, is whole cloves. I've read about chewing on cinnamon sticks instead of gum, but I just don't like them. I've sucked on cloves for years. They are small and can be put under your tongue and just swallowed after they've become too soft. They also are good for digestion. I am just not sure why I haven't head this suggestion anywhere else, maybe there is a reason I don't know about.
I do the same thing for "salad dressing" on P2...works great! Actually....still find myself doing that on P3 because I just have no taste for regular dressing anymore.
Thank you for the clove idea...hadn't thought of that one. I will have to try that. I love cinnamon and cloves. I heard it helps aid in digestion as well. Hmmmm...
I also do the water thing, but with shrimp, I'll take the tails & shells and put them in a pot to boil, then strain out the broth. It's a much more intense flavor and I can refrigerate and also use it for other stuff.
