nena- if you're feeling bloated and crappy on P3, it's probably due to food sensitivities. the most common problems on P3 involve dairy, eggs, and nuts. try eating just protein, veggies and fruits, and see how you feel.
Hi ladies I'm wondering if I can ask you P3rs ( I will be there in about 8days) Can you drink vodka & diet coke on P3 ? Thank you ahead of time for your input. I'll check back later
Congrats to all of you, you seem to be doing great!!!!
One thing i learned on my first foray into P3 land was go slow. Slow for me meant adding ONE new thing every 2- 3 days I didnt do that and spent 4 steak days trying to recover. I did recover but if i had to do it all over again I would have worked slower. this is not a race but a journey ( HA me saying that when my motto is normally "Damn the Process") Everything will be within your reach if you take it slowly and add back what you want as you are able to measure the effects.
mgsondance, I'll try your advice, but I just get down, thinking I'll never get to eat dairy, eggs and nuts. :( I never used to eat much of it, when I was dieting before hcg, and I was looking forward to being able to include something different in my new way of life. veggies, proteins and fruits sounds too much like back to the old dieting days, whine, whine.
thanks, desert girl. that is what I was thinking, my LIW was 138.4, and now I am around 140 lbs.(hopefully, if that steak day holds) I would have done well to have my LIW at 133 or something like that, but look at me, nitpicking over a few lbs.! when I weighed over 200 lbs. anything around this weight was a godsend!
