I actually ended up adding my homemade (from my fresh ground whole wheat flour) Whole Grain Bread. It had honey in it as well. I added this my 3rd week of P3. I did not have any problems with it, but really limited myself to one piece a day if that! It tasted like HEAVEN in my mouth! Plus, I only tried it after doing a TON of research on how much better Whole Grain Breads made at home are. We just recently purchased a Nutrimill and a Bosch to make all of our own bread at home. I'm looking forward to P3 on this round. Hopefully I can have the same results with my bread and not gain from it.
Holy cow I do NOT recommend cheating in P3. I had an anniversary dinner I splurged at during my P3 and the 5 pounds up that I saw the next morning took 4 days to come back off!! Steak days and high protein days are really not much fun! If I ever do another round I will Not cheat in P3. I had to do an extra 3 weeks of P3 to make sure I was stable from the 2 times I cheated and had to fight my way back down. It really does make it harder to figure out if you are stabilizing if you are fighting your weight back down for the better part of a week!!! I cheated twice and the 10 days I lost in P3 because I was doing only steak days and high protein days really made it hard to gauge if I was going to ever be able to stabilize!
