    The book I have specifically lists Truvia as a no go. Only Stevia. Found plane Stevia powder at the local grocery store, but no flavors

    I'm in Canada and purchased mine at Sobey's.

    I have read that Truvia is not really acceptable for this diet from many different sources but I still use it. It tastes so much better than the stevia herb and it did not appear to hamper my loses.

    It's at my walmart in powder form, but I've seen the flavored liquid ones at Sprouts. (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, etc)
