I did a 43 day round with homeopathic hcg and had quite a bit of hair loss. I took a break over the summer and I've noticed it has stopped coming out by the handfuls now and is actually starting to thicken up again. I'm about to start another round, Aug 1st.

Hair loss comes but the 500 calories diet NOT HCG or HHCG. Get Nioxin and Biotin. It will help. We've all lost hair but no one will go bald. It will cease eventually. No worries Friendos!

I'm R2P4 (hhcg) and my hair is really coming out. I'm also a size 10 for the first time in 7 years. Totally worth it.

I've started Biotin in the past few weeks, mainly because I've noticed I am shedding NON STOP. which isn't that unusual for me. I have tons of hair. but reading all these posts freaked me out, so I started the Biotin. Now I am getting new hairs all around my hairline where I am pretty sure I never even had hair before! weird. it looks strange. but apparently Biotin works! It's only been maybe 2 weeks and the new hairs are at 1/4" long, maybe longer. My hair grows fast so not surprising. I am taking like 6000 mcg a day though!

I just started Nioxin, because I am super paranoid! I love my hair and would be devastated if I lost it. When it was long (I recently cut it to a little longer than shoulder length... just for a change) I would go to my hairstylist and girls would say "I want extensions just like hers" (my stylist does extensions) and she would have to tell them it was all real hair. I was like "I may be fat, but I have awesome hair!!"

I inspect my hair everytime I am in front of a mirror to make sure it's not going anywhere! In fact, I am debating a round 3, because I am afraid my body is in shock and I will keep shedding and it will eventually become noticeable. 50 lbs in 4 months is a lot!

Any thoughts on if I should do round 3 now, or take a break to give my hair some time to stop shedding?
