    but the question of do you make the protocol last longer if you skip wasn't answered. Anyone know?

    I don't think so...I think its still the same but I don't know BC I didn't skip during Mine since I'm doing sublingual. U don't need to skip during if ur doin sublingual but I'd def wait until after ur Tom to even start it. If u wait til after u wont need to worry bout skipping anyway

    I am 57 and hadn't had a TOM since January. I thought they were over with. Then last Saturday I started my loading days and my subq injections and guess what happened the same day! TOM came! TOM wasn't bad/heavy as usual, much lighter than it used to be and today's probably the last day of TOM. I've lost 5 lbs also since starting the VLCD's.
